Three exceptional bartenders from across Asia Pacific excluding China (APEC) became the toast of the town after emerging tops in Marriott International’s 2026 Rising Stars competition.
Competition Overview

2nd Runner-up: Deni Alan Hartono (Indonesia, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali)
- Cocktail: Segara Alchemy – smoked fish oil-washed vodka, carrot & cucumber brine, kaffir lime saline, island tonic.
- Inspired by the sea, using kitchen by-products sustainably.
