– Family-run churro business from Yahualica, Jalisco, Mexico, bringing authentic thin-style churros and desserts.
MFK | Modern Filipino Kitchen
– Chef Henry Pineda revives his original Anaheim concept with modern Filipino dishes rooted in family and community.
Mojo and Pull & Roll
– Chef Guoming “Sam” Xin, known as the “Noodle Man,” showcasing Northern Chinese hand-pulled noodles and dumplings.
Gelato Paradiso
– Newport Beach-founded artisan gelato brand, serving authentic Italian gelato made fresh daily with 80% ingredients imported from Italy.

- Builds on earlier announcements of chefs like Danielle & Alessandro Zecca (Amiga Amore), Alberto Bañuelos (Burritos La Palma), Evil Cooks, Manaao Thai Comfort Food, and Zach Scherer (OC Pizza Cult, Wanderfowl).
