Banyan Group Delivers Strong 1H26 Results Driven by Residences Growth

Banyan Tree Holdings Limited delivered a strong performance for the half year ended 30 June 2026 ("1H26"), with Revenue increasing 14% to S$235.2 million and Operating Profit rising 30% to S$56.2 million, contributing to a 51% increase in PATMI to S$13.6 million.

Financial Highlights
- Revenue: S$235.2 million (+14% YoY)
- Residences sales: S$172.6 million (+38% YoY)
- Operating Profit: S$56.2 million (+30%)
- Core Operating Profit: S$54.2 million (+38%)
- PATMI: S$13.6 million (+51%)

The growth was mainly driven by strong Residences revenue recognition, while hotel operations remained resilient.

Portfolio Expansion
- Operates 100 hotels/resorts, 140 spas/galleries, 20+ branded residences across 20+ countries.
- New entries in Switzerland, USA, Montenegro.
- Launches include:
- Mamula Island (Montenegro) – first European resort
- Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach (USA) – debut in US residential market
- Ubuyu Safari Retreat (Africa) – first safari retreat
- Banyan Tree Mount Emei (China) – opened August 2026
- Multiple new Homm and Garrya properties in Indonesia and Vietnam.

Residences Momentum
- Strong demand for Bellaguna portfolio at Laguna Phuket.
- New launches: Bellaguna Lake Residences, Bellaguna Golf Residences, Banyan Tree Beach Residences Varuna (8 beachfront townhomes).

- Plans to launch US$1 billion in luxury residential projects in Phuket over 2–3 years.
