LOT Polish Airlines has officially announced a new direct route between Warsaw and Hanoi, marking a significant expansion of its Asian network.
Route Details
- Launch date: 31 March 2027
- Frequency: 3 flights per week (Warsaw departures on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 3:15 PM; Hanoi departures on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays at 8:35 AM local time)
- Aircraft: Boeing 787 Dreamliner
- Flight duration: ~10 hours 25 minutes (Warsaw → Hanoi), ~11 hours 20 minutes (Hanoi → Warsaw)
Network Expansion
- Hanoi becomes LOT’s fifth Asian long-haul destination, joining Tokyo, Seoul, New Delhi, and Bangkok.
- This move strengthens Warsaw’s role as a hub connecting Central and Eastern Europe with Asia.
