IHCL’s latest signing in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu marks another strategic expansion of its Gateway brand into India’s Tier‑2 cities.

Key Highlights of the Project
- Property: Gateway Tiruchirappalli, a greenfield development.
- Location: Grand Southern Trunk Road, overlooking the Kaveri River, with views of the Rockfort Temple, Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple (Srirangam), and Jambukeswarar Temple (Thiruvanaikaval).
- Capacity: 176 rooms.
- Dining: All‑day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, and bar.
- Leisure & Wellness: Swimming pool, gym, health club, and spa.
- Events & Banquets: Over 5,000 sq. ft. of indoor space, plus an acre of outdoor lawns for weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings.

Strategic Importance
- Tier‑2 Growth: Trichy is emerging as a hub for business, education, and religious tourism, making it a natural fit for IHCL’s expansion.
