- Opening: End of 2026, located between Cancún and Puerto Morelos.
- Concept: A redefined luxury all-inclusive experience, blending Park Hyatt’s hallmarks of residential-style living, personalized service, and refined culinary programs.
- Design: 148 guestrooms and suites, some with private pools and a 2,300 sq. ft. penthouse. Architecture and interiors will highlight local craftsmanship and materials.
- Dining: Seven chef-led venues, all à la carte, with refined Mexican cuisine at the center.
