Business Cabin – Quintessence - Signature cocktail by Matthias Giroud. - A reinterpretation of the Boulevardier (1920s French classic). - Blend: French cognac + red Vermouth + Alpine bitter liqueur + fig. - Served with ice as an aperitif, or neat as a digestif. - Flavor profile: sweet yet zesty, refined and layered. Premium & Economy Cabins – L’instant Cassis - Modern twist on the Kir Cassis, a French aperitif tradition. - Blend: Chardonnay + Burgundy blackcurrant liqueur + elderflower. - Best enjoyed with ice cubes. - Flavor profile: floral, fruity, and sweet. - Available from July 1, 2025, except on Caribbean/Indian Ocean routes (where punch is served). La Première Cabin – Trio of Signature Cocktails Presented in a custom-designed box (since March 2025): - Belle Époque – reinterpretation of the Negroni, bitter & zesty with orange hydrosol. - Parfum de France – low-alcohol, wine-inspired (Chardonnay + Muscat), raspberry liqueur, verbena. - L’Éveil – alcohol-free, cranberry + mint + lime + ginger, tangy and spicy.
