Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates, collected awards for the Airline with the Best Economy Class and Airline with the Best Cabin Crew for the sixth year in a row, at the 2026 Business Traveller Middle East Awards in Dubai on 18 June 2026. Best Cabin Crew — won for the sixth consecutive year at the Business Traveller Middle East Awards. Best Economy Class — also awarded at the same ceremony. Food & Beverage Excellence — named APEX Best Food & Beverage in the Middle East, with its Champagne and Red Wine in First Class earning Silver at the Business Traveller Cellars in the Sky Awards. Cargo Leadership — Cargo Airline of the Year and Air Cargo Pharma Service of the Year at the Aviation Achievement Awards. Innovation Recognition — Gold and Silver MENA Stevie Awards for customer service, chauffeur service, and AI-powered transformation. In total, Etihad has collected over 30 awards in the past 12 months, across five different awarding bodies. What makes this impressive is the consistency — especially the cabin crew recognition, which reflects hospitality rooted in Emirati tradition and delivered flight after flight.
