Norwegian Cruise Line® Reveals Grand Opening Date For Great Tides Waterpark Ahead of Launching Day Pass Sales

Norwegian Cruise Line® (NCL), the innovator in global cruise travel, announced that the highly anticipated Great Tides Waterpark at Great Stirrup Cay, the Company’s private island in the Bahamas, will take place on Sept. 4, 2026, during Norwegian Luna’s seven-day Caribbean sailing.

Grand Opening:
September 4, 2026, at Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas, during Norwegian Luna’s seven-day Caribbean sailing.

Day Passes & Cabanas:
Available for purchase starting tomorrow for sailings on/after Sept. 4, 2026. Private cabanas (up to six guests) include waterpark admission.

Signature Attraction:
The 170-foot Tidal Tower with industry-first water coasters (Breakwater Blasters), body slides, mat racers, and tube slides.

Family-Friendly Zones:
- Splash Cay: 9,000 sq. ft. splash zone for kids.
