Professional Triathletes Organisation and Visit Qatar Confirm Lusail City as Venue For 2026 Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship

The Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) and Visit Qatar have announced the 2026 Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final will take place at Lusail City for the second year running, on 10-12 December, 2026.

- Venue: Lusail City, Qatar (second consecutive year hosting)
- Organizers: Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) & Visit Qatar
- Race Format: PTO’s signature T100 distance
- 2 km swim (Arabian Gulf)
- 80 km bike (Lusail streets)
- 18 km run (Lusail Plaza & Boulevard)

Global Tour Context
- Part of the T100 Triathlon World Tour, starting in March on the Gold Coast and visiting Singapore, San Francisco, London, before culminating in Qatar.
- Defending champions: Kate Waugh (GBR) and Hayden Wilde (NZL) from 2025.

Participation
- Over 5,000 amateur athletes expected, alongside elite professionals.
- Includes the T100 Age Grouper World Championships (qualification via top-10 age group finishes at tour events).
