Ennismore has introduced Roswyn, the first Morgans Originals property in India, marking a new chapter in lifestyle-led hospitality for the country. Concept & Spirit: Rooted in Morgans Originals’ ethos of unique personality, innovative design, and belonging, Roswyn is imagined around real city life — meetings, late dinners, and extended stays. Location: Adjacent to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, offering convenience while staying connected to Mumbai’s cultural energy. Suites: 109 large-format suites (starting at 80 sq. m) designed as living spaces with lounge, kitchenette, home bar, and study. Dining & Social Spaces: - Fi’lia — Italian restaurant celebrating generational cooking with pizzas and hand-rolled pastas. - Black Lacquer — Japanese vinyl listening bar with sake, shochu, and highballs. - The Third Room — Flexible social workspace for meetings, networking, and downtime. Facilities: Technogym fitness centre, infinity pool, children’s zone (Tiny Town), and Blu Xone, India’s first longevity-focused wellness offering. Design: Paris-based designer Daphné Desjeux infused Mumbai’s character into interiors with embroidered portraits, ceramic plates marked “Bombay,” and shoreline photography. Leadership Voices: - Louis Abboud, Ennismore: “Lifestyle hospitality is about creating culturally relevant destinations. Roswyn marks our first step in India, with more projects to come.” - Ranju Alex, Accor South Asia: “Roswyn is not just a hotel, but a vibrant destination integrated into Mumbai’s cultural fabric.” - Rajiv Kapoor, GM: “Mumbai doesn’t need more overt luxury. It needs places that understand how people want to experience the city.” Roswyn positions itself as a culturally relevant, design-led destination where living, working, and social energy overlap seamlessly — a fresh chapter for Morgans Originals in India.
