IndiGoReach, the CSR arm of IndiGo, has partnered with the Blind People’s Association (BPA), Ahmedabad to launch a Skill Development Programme for underserved communities. Focus on inclusion: The initiative will upskill 300 youth, including Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and individuals from gender-diverse communities. Industry relevance: Training and certification will cover sectors like travel, transportation, logistics, and hospitality, helping participants transition into sustainable livelihoods. Shared vision: Rohini Bhatia, Chairperson of InterGlobe Foundation, emphasized that “true inclusion is realised when we create pathways for every individual to contribute meaningfully to society.” CSR impact: In FY2025–26, IndiGo reached over 100,000 individuals through skill development and capacity-building initiatives. Workplace diversity: Under its EMBRACE framework, IndiGo promotes equity and inclusion, with over 220 PwD employees already part of its workforce.
