The World Gourmet Festival is making its return to Bangkok at the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel from 29 September to 4 October 2026, under the theme “The World of Flavours.” This year’s edition is set to be a major culinary celebration, bringing together internationally acclaimed chefs, regional talents, and leading local culinary figures. Chefs from Anantara Siam itself will also be featured, adding a local touch to the global lineup. Global Culinary Lineup: Exclusive dining events led by world-renowned chefs. Last year’s 25th edition was a landmark event, featuring nearly 30 Michelin stars and chefs like Eric Vildgaard, Dave Pynt, and Vaughan Mabee, alongside gastro parties, solo dinners, and immersive food art. This year promises to build on that momentum, positioning Bangkok as a hub for world-class dining and cultural exchange.
