The new Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is set to open on February 1, 2027, and reservations are already live. This 800-room property will be the city’s tallest hotel and serve as the newest headquarters hotel for the Indiana Convention Center. It’s designed to be a major hub for conventions, sports, and leisure travel, with direct skywalk access to the convention center and close proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Rooms & Suites: 800 rooms, including 70 suites ranging from 450–1,900 sq. ft. Design & Art: Interiors inspired by Indianapolis’s car culture and racing heritage, plus a curated public art collection. Dining: Seven chef-driven venues, including a 38th-floor sky lounge, rooftop poolside dining, and Club Signia with private lounge service. Events: 100,000 sq. ft. of meeting space across 42 rooms, anchored by Indiana’s largest ballroom at 50,000 sq. ft. Wellness: Rooftop pool, fitness guest rooms, and a performance-driven wellness center focused on recovery and readiness. Brand Expansion: This will be Signia’s first property in the Midwest, joining existing locations in Atlanta, Orlando, San Jose, Amman, and more. The hotel aims to blend luxury with functionality, making it a destination for both large-scale events and personal getaways.
