IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the return of the InterContinental brand to Manila, marking a major milestone in luxury hospitality for the Philippines. New property: A 212-key InterContinental Manila scheduled to open in 2032. Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Metro Manila’s modern business hub, home to the Philippine Stock Exchange and leading multinational corporations. Amenities: All-day dining, a signature specialty restaurant and bar, ballroom and meeting spaces, a health club and spa, plus an outdoor pool with poolside bar. Legacy: The original InterContinental Manila opened in 1969 and operated for 46 years as a symbol of luxury before closing in 2015. Partnerships: Developed with Keyland Corporation, Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation, and Greenhills Properties Inc.
