Recognising the importance of preserving India’s rich culinary heritage, Novotel Vijayawada Varun has embarked on a distinctive initiative to revive and celebrate forgotten regional cuisines. Launched this March, the “Culinary Voices” campaign brings to the forefront delicacies that were once cherished household staples but are now rarely experienced in their most authentic form. Location: Novotel Vijayawada Varun, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Initiative: A six-month campaign to revive forgotten regional cuisines of India. Format: Specially curated Sunday Brunches, hosted once a month from March to August 2026. First Chapter (March 15): Spotlight on Marwari cuisine from Rajasthan. Menu Highlights: Pyaaz Kachori, Kalmi Bada, Panchmel Dal with Bajre Ki Roti, Gatte Ki Sabzi, Ghevar with Rabdi, and Churma. Collaboration: Recipes recreated with home chefs, bringing generational culinary knowledge to the table.
