Ltd. - Located opposite Gandhi Maidan, with the River Ganges to the north. - Will feature 500 rooms, making it one of the largest hotels in the region. Facilities & Amenities - Dining: All-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants, and a lobby lounge. - Leisure: Temperature-controlled swimming pool, fitness centre, recreational facilities, salon, and J Wellness Circle spa. - Events: Expansive banqueting facilities including a 16,000 sq. ft. ballroom plus multiple meeting spaces, ideal for conventions and large social gatherings. Strategic Importance - Patna is emerging as a fast-growing urban centre with improved connectivity and infrastructure. - The hotel strengthens IHCL’s presence in Bihar, bringing its portfolio in the state to seven hotels (including four under development). - Positions Patna as a hub for celebrations, conferences, and business travel, while also serving as a gateway to Bihar’s historic and cultural attractions.
