Saudia Group has graduated and integrated over 1,000 trainees into its aviation workforce, marking one of the largest cohorts completed and absorbed in a single year in the Group’s history.

Eight specialized training tracks delivered by Saudia and subsidiaries (Saudia Academy, Saudia Technic, SGS, SAL Saudi Logistics Services, flyadeal, and CATRION).

Operational roles:
Graduates placed across flight operations, ground services, engineering, logistics, and customer-facing functions, directly supporting the Group’s aviation ecosystem.

Leadership presence:
Graduation ceremony held under the patronage of Minister of Transport & Logistics Services Engr. Saleh Al-Jasser, with Saudia Group Director General Engr. Ibrahim Al-Omar and other senior officials attending.

Strategic impact:
- Al-Jasser emphasized human capital as the most important investment for the National Aviation Strategy.
- Al-Omar highlighted localization of critical aviation roles, exceeding targets by 43% to 230%, and embedding knowledge transfer requirements in agreements with global manufacturers.
