KLM and Cabin Crew Unions Reach New Collective Labor Agreement for Cabin Staff

Key Highlights of the New Collective Labor Agreement (CLA)

Duration:
- Effective for two years, retroactively from March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2027.

Salary Increases:
- 1% on December 1, 2025
- 1.25% on July 1, 2026
- 1% on January 1, 2027
- Total increase: 3.25% over the agreement period.

One-Time Payment:
- All cabin crew members will receive a €750 net payment in January 2026 (based on full-time employment).

Other Agreements:
- Extension of the 80-90-100 scheme (a flexible work arrangement).
- Introduction of a temporary early retirement (RVU) arrangement.
- A return policy for staff transferring to ground positions.
- Additional agreements on work schedules, allowances, and sustainable employability.

This deal reflects both financial improvements and broader measures to support cabin crew’s long-term well-being and flexibility.
