This initiative is designed to ease congestion and provide a seamless experience for the expected surge of pandal-hoppers and tourists.

Special Services During Mahalaya:
- On September 21, the Blue Line will operate 182 trains, up from the usual 130.
- Early trains from Noapara, Dakshineswar, and Dum Dum start between 6:50–6:55 AM, ensuring smooth morning commutes.
