India is set to host the Asia Pacific Accident Investigation Group (APAC-AIG) meeting and workshop for the very first time from October 28 to 31, 2025, in New Delhi. Event Overview - Organizer: Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB), under the Ministry of Civil Aviation. - Venue: Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. - Participants: Around 90 aircraft accident investigators from ICAO member states in the Asia Pacific region and international organizations. - Purpose: - Strengthen regional cooperation. - Share best practices in aircraft accident investigation. - Enhance safety protocols across Asia-Pacific aviation networks. Inauguration Union Minister of Civil Aviation Rammohan Naidu will inaugurate the four-day event.
