Agoda has teamed up with the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) to advance sustainable tourism practices in Japan.

Key Highlights of the Partnership:
- Training Program: Held on 29–30 September at Toranomon Hills Forum in Tokyo, the event brought together local hoteliers for hands-on sustainability training.
- Curriculum: Based on the GSTC Hotel Standard, participants learned to assess their current sustainability performance and set short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
- Real-World Insights: Sessions featured best-in-class case studies and expert-led discussions to equip hotel professionals with actionable strategies.
