Theme: Best Practices in Housekeeping Participants: 75 housekeeping professionals from 25 hotels across Coimbatore, Valparai, and Pollachi Objective: - Enhance guest experience - Raise service quality benchmarks - Improve operational efficiency - Strengthen professional housekeeping standards Sessions: - Expert lecture by Dr. Eugene, Lecturer at IHM Chennai, covering innovative techniques, practical demonstrations, and global operational standards - Interactive discussions on sustainable housekeeping practices and emerging industry trends Leadership Messages: - Shri D.
