Flight Operations: Up from ~1,650 flights yesterday, IndiGo is now back to full coverage across all stations. On-Time Performance: Improved to 91%, compared to ~75% the previous day. Customer Communication: All cancellations for today were pre-notified yesterday, ensuring passengers received updates in advance. Refunds & Assistance: - ₹827 crores already refunded, with the remainder under process for cancellations up to December 15. - Support provided to stranded customers between Dec 1–7 included: - 9,500+ hotel rooms - ~10,000 cabs/buses - 4,500+ bags delivered, with the rest expected within 36 hours Customer Support: IndiGo is assisting over 200,000 customers daily across multiple communication channels. Safety & Compliance: IndiGo reiterated that all operations remain fully compliant with FDTL norms and aviation safety regulations.
