Air France has unveiled new La Première menus crafted by two renowned French culinary figures: Anne-Sophie Pic – the world’s most Michelin-starred female chef. She has designed over 30 original dishes for La Première guests, highlighting French regional produce with international influences. Examples include: - Roast parsnips with honey, walnuts, dill, and Madras curry - Roast chicken with spicy mushroom sauce, corn, and grilled polenta Claire Heitzler – Gault & Millau’s 2013 Pastry Chef of the Year. She created indulgent desserts that respect seasonality and French origins, such as: - Apricot and almond mousse tartlets - Guanaja dark chocolate cake with a fondant center (a warm dessert served onboard for the first time) Philippe Faur – master ice cream maker, adds a new range of artisanal ice creams, including “Caribbean chocolate,” “Parisian vanilla,” and raspberry sorbet. These menus are available this winter on La Première flights departing Paris-Charles de Gaulle to destinations including Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, São Paulo, Singapore, Tel Aviv, and Tokyo-Haneda.
