Key Highlights of the Reopening: Date of reopening: December 16, 2025 Two exclusive areas: - Business Lounge – designed for productivity and relaxation. - Senator Lounge – includes premium features like a barista coffee bar with locally roasted beans. Modern amenities: - Multi-comfort zones for eating, working, reading, and relaxing. - Retreats for privacy. - Wide selection of food, beverages, magazines, and newspapers. Design concept: Inspired by the principles of dynamic, industrial, and mobile, blending Lufthansa’s brand identity with Stuttgart’s local character. Access: Automated digital entry system for smooth guest experience. Network: Lufthansa Group airlines fly from Stuttgart to 60+ destinations in 21 countries, including services by Lufthansa, Eurowings, Austrian Airlines, and SWISS. Heiko Reitz, Lufthansa Airlines’ CCO, emphasized that many frequent flyers had missed “their lounge” during the closure, making this reopening a significant milestone for the airline’s Stuttgart operations.
