Hilton Miami Beach, a new 289-room hotel, is scheduled to open in early 2027 in Miami Beach's Museum Historic District. Located at 2000 Park Avenue, within walking distance of the Miami Beach Convention Center, Collins Avenue, Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road.

- The project will unite five historic buildings dating from 1938 to 1953, spanning nearly an entire city block.
