United Expands Starlink Wi-Fi Across Network, Launches Flight Tracker and Extends Status Match Offer

Customers can visit the new Starlink Tracker to:
- Check if their upcoming flight has Starlink.
- Track the overall rollout progress.
- View installations by aircraft type.
- See Starlink availability across major United hubs.
Rapid Fleet Installation
- Starlink is active on more than 635 United mainline and United Express aircraft.
- United is installing Starlink on around 20 aircraft per week.
- Fleetwide installation is expected to be completed by 2027.
Strong Customer Adoption
- Over 37.7 million passengers have flown on Starlink-equipped aircraft.
- More than 538,000 flights have operated with Starlink.
- Over 14 million devices have connected to the service.
"Switch to Better Wi-Fi" Offer Extended
- United has extended its status match campaign to October 22 due to strong demand.
- Applications are 275% higher than pre-campaign levels.
- Highest participation comes from New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Chicago.
Status Match Requirements
Eligible Delta SkyMiles and American AAdvantage members can earn United Premier status through January 2028 by meeting spending targets:
- Premier Silver: $1,500
- Premier Gold: $3,000
- Premier Platinum: $4,500
- Premier 1K: $7,000
