Financial Turnaround:
Reported an operational profit of ₹53 crore in the last fiscal year.

Added 15 feeder electric buses and developed 52 km of modern footpaths across the city.
Phase II Expansion:
Kaloor–Infopark stretch is expected to be completed within a year.
