Basic Fare Features: - 15 kg checked baggage allowance. - 7 kg cabin baggage allowance. - Complimentary beverage service (tea/coffee). - Meals not included (optional pre-purchase available). Flexibility & Customisation: - Travellers can pre-purchase meals up to 24 hours before departure (Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Jain, Diabetic). - Pre-purchased meals are automatically transferred in case of schedule changes or refunded if unavailable. Pro-Consumer Approach: - Recognises diverse traveller preferences. - Enables price-sensitive passengers to pay only for what they need. - Preserves full-service offerings for those who prefer all-inclusive experiences. Pilot Rollout: - Currently available on select domestic routes. - Bookable exclusively via Air India’s website, mobile app, contact centre, and airport ticketing offices. - Customer feedback during the pilot phase will guide future expansion.
