This greenfield project will be branded as Gateway. Location: Near Colva Beach, on a 2.9-acre site. Scale: 175 rooms (keys). Facilities: - Multiple dining options (all-day diner, specialty restaurant, bar). - Swimming pool, fitness centre, treatment rooms. - Large ballroom (~7,000 sq ft) plus outdoor lawns for weddings, social events, and corporate gatherings. Partnership: Developed in collaboration with the Dempo Business House, a prominent Goan conglomerate. Strategic Importance: Strengthens IHCL’s footprint in Goa, bringing their portfolio in the state to 25 hotels (7 under development). Broader Context: Goa remains one of India’s top leisure destinations, known for beaches, heritage, and vibrant culture. IHCL’s Gateway brand is positioned as full-service hotels designed to be “gateways” to exceptional destinations, complementing their luxury (Taj, Claridges Collection), wellness (Atmantan), and lean-luxe (Ginger) offerings.
