Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced the signing of management agreements with Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL) and BCV Developers Private Limited, part of the Brigade Group, for two new properties in India: Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR and Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli.

Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR
- Opening in 2029 on an expansive beachfront site along East Coast Road
- Approx. 200 guest rooms with five distinct dining venues, including a signature restaurant and two specialty concepts
- Wellness facilities, pool bar, lobby lounge, and multiple sophisticated event spaces
- Designed for premium leisure, weddings, staycations, and large‑format MICE gatherings

Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli
- Opening in 2027, located just 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport
