Pink Line Extension: - Connects Mukundpur to Maujpur, completing the Ring Corridor around Delhi. - Enhances access to densely populated areas and reduces travel time by bypassing congested roads. Magenta Line Extension: - Extends from Janakpuri West towards RK Ashram. - Provides seamless connectivity between West Delhi and Central Delhi, easing commuter traffic. Impact - Reduced Congestion: These extensions will divert thousands of daily commuters from road traffic to metro rail. - Environmental Benefits: Expected to cut down vehicular emissions, aligning with Delhi’s sustainability goals. - Urban Integration: Improved access to educational institutions, business hubs, and residential areas.
