Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced a strategic corporate partnership with ESSEC Academy, Singapore. This collaboration is part of IHCL’s “Accelerate 2030” roadmap, which emphasizes leadership development across managerial levels. Key Highlights of the Partnership - Leadership Development Initiative: IHCL and ESSEC Academy have launched a five-day immersive program called General Managers Studio – Persona Meets Purpose. It focuses on emotional intelligence, global leadership traits, stakeholder engagement, innovation, and sustainability. - Learning Format: The program includes expert-led lectures, peer learning, group work, reflective exercises, and hands-on projects. - Scholarships & Education Tracks: - IHCL and ESSEC have offered 100% scholarships for the MSc. in Hospitality Management for the past five years. - A new one-year track for experienced professionals has been introduced. - A jointly designed Management & Leadership module is now part of IHCL’s Campus to Corporate – Hotelier Development Program. - Global Collaboration: The partnership was signed at the French Embassy, symbolizing growing India-France ties in education and innovation. This initiative strengthens IHCL’s commitment to nurturing future-ready leaders and reinforces its legacy of excellence in hospitality.
