India is set to make a major showcase of its defence strength at the Dubai Air Show 2025, scheduled for 17–18 November 2025 in the United Arab Emirates. Key Highlights of India’s Participation - Delegation Leadership: Raksha Rajya Mantri (Minister of State for Defence) Shri Sanjay Seth will lead the Indian delegation. - Bilateral Engagements: He will hold talks with his UAE counterpart and chair a roundtable with 50 companies from India, UAE, USA, UK, Italy, Brazil, and Australia to boost cooperation in defence technology and manufacturing. India Pavilion: - Inaugurated by Shri Sanjay Seth. - Featuring stalls from HAL, DRDO, Corel Technologies, Dantal Hydraulics, Image Synergy Ekxplor, SFO Technologies, among others. - Independent Exhibitors: 19 Indian industries including Bharat Forge, BrahMos, Tech Mahindra, HBL Engineering will showcase their capabilities. - Startups: 15 Indian startups will present innovative defence products and solutions. Indian Air Force Participation: - Suryakiran Aerobatic Team will perform aerial displays. - LCA Tejas fighter aircraft will be showcased. Global Context - The Dubai Air Show is a biennial event hosting over 1,500 exhibitors and 148,000 industry professionals from 150 countries. - Major aerospace companies like Airbus, Lockheed Martin, Dassault Aviation, Embraer, Thales, Bombardier, and Calidus will also participate.
