This marks IHCL’s first property in the state, strengthening its footprint in Northeast India. Key Highlights - Location: Near Dimapur Airport, offering convenience for travelers. - Capacity: A 90-key hotel designed under Ginger’s “lean luxe” philosophy — blending affordability with modern comfort. - Facilities: - Signature all-day diner Qmin with global and local favorites - A bar, fitness center, and versatile meeting spaces - Cityscape views and thoughtfully designed interiors for both work and leisure - Partnership: Developed with T.K. Enterprises, led by entrepreneur Mr. T.K. Angami. - Strategic Importance: Dimapur is a cultural and economic hub of Nagaland, making it a prime location for IHCL’s expansion. - IHCL Presence: With this addition, IHCL now has 19 hotels across Northeast India, including 10 under development.
