Became the first Gulf airline to earn the distinguished Seven-Star PLUS Safety Rating from Airline Ratings.

World Travel Awards:
Secured global titles including World’s Leading Airline Customer Experience, World’s Leading Airline Economy Class, and World’s Leading Airline Lounge Business Class.

Regional Wins:
At the Middle East World Travel Awards, Etihad was recognized for Best Inflight Entertainment, Business Class Lounge, Cabin Crew, and more.

Global Rankings:
- Ranked 2nd worldwide in the AirHelp Score 2025 (8.07/10), a nine-place jump from last year.
