Advisory for pilgrims regarding booking through HGOs/PTOs for Haj 2026
It is brought to the notice of all intending pilgrims that, as per the timelines issued by the Ministry of Haj & Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the last date for finalizing Housing and Services Contracts for Haj-2026 is 1st February 2026. Deadline for Housing & Services Contracts: The Ministry of Haj & Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has set 1 February 2026 as the last date for finalizing housing and service contracts for Haj 2026. Booking Timeline for Pilgrims: Indian private Haj pilgrims booking through Haj Group Organisers (HGOs) or Private Tour Operators (PTOs) are strongly advised to complete their booking formalities by 15 January 2026. Reason for Early Booking: Timely booking ensures: - Smooth finalization of accommodation and transportation contracts. - Avoidance of last-minute difficulties. - Compliance with mandatory procedural requirements. Authorized HGOs/PTOs Only: Pilgrims must verify the registration status, quota, and approval of the concerned HGO/PTO before booking. Only authorized operators should be chosen. What Pilgrims Should Do - Apply early (before 15 January 2026). - Book only through authorized HGOs/PTOs. - Confirm that the operator has proper approval and quota allocation. - Keep in mind the Saudi deadline of 1 February 2026 for housing and services contracts.
